Day 7 - Managed

the rope this morning... got a hudge headhache... was not the best way to start the day. Ok now need to digest the message and catchup with my next week diet. Updated the picture also... well happy to start the real thing when looking at it :)

Day 5-6...weekend

Was exhausted this weekend, maybe because of the PCP or simply because of the workload.. was not easy to manage the exercises, easier to manage the 1/2 portion. Will keep it short as need to catch up some sleep before the week :)

Day 3 - on the road

Well here is the challenge... running to catch my plane...not very much the look of James Bond but rather like a cowboy after being on a horse for 10 hours...yes my legs are hurting. was able to keep the half things during a company diner...it is 23h30 and need to figure out how to jump in this tinny business hotel room...cannot wait to become mini me...

day 2... are you ok?

I develop over the years an image of gourmet and gourmand...restaurants hunting has been the only sport which I practiced on regular basis. Today when going to the small bar next to my office for lunch, I was able to have 1/2 salad... but it required a long explanation as the owner was extremely worried about my health when requesting such a small and healthy dish...are you ok? sure ?.... well at this stage I am still alive... a bit sour from the exercise, but ok and cannot wait to see how more ok I will become in the next 88 days:)
will introduced myself to the group in the coming days...new challenge tomorrow: keeping the not yet routine on the road...

Day 1 - my team had a lot of fun when listening to my explanation...

My biggest challenge will be for sure to combine work obligation and this program. Today my team had a lot of fun listening to my explanation when going for lunch and diner with my clients. Well started like, I will pay a full course, but no offense if I only eat half... food was great but...yes I know I usually drink this wine but ... well... will try to keep it that's way. After so many years without moving my body was great to complete all exercise this morning. For sure very soon will need the support of the group and tips to go around obligation without making my counterpart uncomfortable.
